Amazing staff, great location, spacious and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, helpful tour arrangements.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The location was perfect, with easy access to local transportation and shopping malls. We also enjoyed the benefits of the club lounge access with delicious treats and drinks. The rooms were clean and functional, with a nice rain shower head in the bathroom.

There were a couple of things we didn't like. the room service was not up to par.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with well-maintained rooms and a super clean bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the two restaurants that served delicious food. I also loved the variety of fresh fruit and juices at breakfast. The staff were helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel offers great facilities, including a gym and lounge, making it an ideal choice for business trips.

The WiFi quality can be improved as it tends to disconnect frequently.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness centre, swimming pool, and sauna were top-notch. the personalized service made me feel pampered. The restaurant was excellent, and the room advantages were unbeatable. Cons: the hotel lacked a private facility for business guests to bring visitors, making it difficult to conduct business meetings.

As a disabled guest, I was impressed by the helpfulness and kindness of the hotel staff. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathrooms were beautiful. The hotel is also conveniently located and has good restaurants and bars on-site. I would highly recommend staying here while in SP!

The room was spacious and the bathroom, although a bit dated, was clean. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, satisfying every palate. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the city skyline.

The reception check-in and checkout process was poor, lacking in information and warmth.

Buffet breakfast excellent selection of foods, well presented, very clean. Good service throughout. Comfortable, practical room with amazing view at night. Bathroom arrangement good, shower works perfectly!

I was amazed by the spacious and beautifully designed room at Grand Hyatt São Paulo. The view of the bridge from the room was fine. The Granado toiletries provided were a good surprise, and I ended up buying some as souvenirs. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to places like the Morumbi Mall. Despite some minor issues like the pillows lacking support, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip to São Paulo. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a luxurious stay that truly fulfilled all my exclusive needs. the indoor swimming pool and spa centre were top-notch, with a steam room and heated swimming pool available. the spa lounge was perfect for relaxation, and the massage was incredible. the room advantages were upscale, with top-quality bedding and a spacious bathroom.

While the coffee was good, it was not always fully stocked, and the tea options were limited.

My stay at Grand Hyatt was fantastic! The customer service was amazing, especially Bruna at guest service, were pretty good to help me when my son fell ill. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the large bathroom had great amenities. The pool area was modern and lovely, although it would have been better if there were more available seating away from the smoking area. The Hyatt club lounge was lovely, with attentive staff and delicious food and drinks. I will definitely be back to this well-managed hotel!
